Instructions
To get the best results please see below and take note of our detailed instructions on using Pryshan French Clay Face and Body Stones:
FACE STONE
- Ensure your face stone is wet.
- Wet your face (we find it best to use the face stone in the shower or bath).
- Place your favourite cleanser, soap, or face wash onto the middle of the wet stone.
- DO NOT USE PRESSURE OR SCRUB THE SKIN; THERE IS NO NEED.
- Very lightly and gently, using soft circular motions, start to exfoliate your face.
- Start at your forehead and work your way around the face in the light, soft, circular motions.
- The stone will feel very smooth on your skin. Remember, DO NOT ADD ANY PRESSURE.
- The Pryshan Clay Stone’s incredible qualities and unique texture is working its magic.
- Once you have finished, rinse off your face and pat off the excess moisture.
- Add your favourite oil or daily moisturizer to your face.
- For the best effects and to avoid over-exfoliation, use no more than 2-3 times a week or as needed.
BODY STONE
- Make sure your body stone is wet.
- Our clay body stone should be used when in the shower or the bath.
- Place your favourite soap or body wash on the middle of the wet stone.
- DO NOT USE PRESSURE OR SCRUB THE SKIN; THERE IS NO NEED.
- As with our face stone, very lightly and gently using soft circular motions, start to exfoliate and clean your body.
- Use our Pryshan Clay Body Stone daily with no fear of over exfoliating your skin. Just remember: no pressure.
CRACKED HEELS
- As with the other stones, make sure both your stone and feet are wet before you start to exfoliate.
- You need to apply pressure. The skin on our heels is much thicker, so you need to help the clay stone rub away the dead skin and soothe your cracked heels.
- In order to get the best effect, be patient. Repeat in the shower or bath over 3-4 days and your heels will be soft and supple

Simple to Clean
It couldn’t be easier to clean your Pryshan Clay Stones, and this should be done at least once a week. Place the stones into a bowl of boiling hot water (ensuring they are completely submerged) and leave until they’ve cooled down.
Once cooled, all the oil and dirt will have been drawn out and floated to the top of the water; remove and rinse the stones. They’re now ready to be used again! See? Easy.
