Refunds (if applicable)

If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 7 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please contact our customer care team at and include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly. Items must be returned in their original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been used. Pryshan clay stones does not take responsibility for the costs of returning the products. *We don't offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind, including a satisfaction guarantee as everyone's skin is different and therefore results may vary. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
